DESPATCH

We shall not be held responsible or liable for any event which results from either the delay or the non-delivery of a certificate. Customers must be aware that items can sometimes be delayed or lost in despatch. We shall not be liable for events beyond our control such as Royal Mail postal strikes. We can never confirm delivery dates only the despatch dates, unless the certificate has been despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and is therefore guaranteed to arrive by 1pm on the next working day. cost The cost of a certificate shall always include the cost of the actual certificate itself, as well as the administrative cost which we charge.

DELIVERY
We deem delivery to take affect at the point of despatch. We shall not accept liability for non-delivery or delay of delivery.
