Please note that orders received, on Saturday or Sunday, will be classed as received on Monday (except those received on Bank Holidays, which will be classed as received on the following working day).

The cut off time for orders is 14:30 hrs. Applications received after this time will result in the order date being that of the next working day. For example, if you order at 10am on a Tuesday and select Urgent Service, you can expect your certificate to be despatched on Wednesday and Delivered on Thursday. If, however, you order at 3pm on Tuesday and select Urgent Service your certificate will be despatched on Thursday and Delivered on Friday. Please note that Despatch and Delivery are NOT the same. Also Royal Mail do not guarantee a Saturday delivery with their special delivery service which means that orders sent on a Friday may well be delivered on Monday.

Urgent orders to overseas addresses will be sent with royal mail tracked and signed service, standard and standard plus include standard international royal mail postage

The Apostille stamp is sometimes also called a legalisation stamp, having an apostille stamp is the same as having a document legalised. The apostille is a raised seal issued at the commonwealth office and has a serial number which validates its authenticity. Apostille stamps are often requested by foreign authorities to validate to them that the document is genuine and suitable for use outside of the UK. Please note that apostille stamps are charged extra to the certificate and also have an extra 10 working day time frame to complete on top of your selected certificate production time frame. DESPATCH
Despatch terms that we quote are given in good faith. Certificates are despatched to the address provided by you on our order form using the domestic postal system. The given despatch time is based on business / working days and are counted from the first complete business / working day onwards. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any event which results from either the delay or the non-delivery of a certificate. Customers must be aware that items can sometimes be delayed or lost in despatch. We shall not be liable for events beyond our control such as Royal Mail postal strikes. We can never confirm delivery dates only the despatch dates, unless the certificate has been despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and is therefore guaranteed to arrive by 1pm on the next working day. cost The cost of a certificate shall always include the cost of the actual certificate itself, as well as the administrative cost which we charge.

We deem delivery to take affect at the point of despatch. We shall not accept liability for non-delivery or delay of delivery.
